AGENDA

• Draft packet – please review prior to beginning of meeting and report any discrepancies.

• 9:00 – Meet at ? for breakfast (optional).

• 11:00 - Introduction of new owner.

• Draft packet review & updates.

• Proposed Constitution changes – An explanation of each item on the ballot followed by a very brief discussion, followed by the vote and results.

• Scoresheet News

• 2006 fees are due with the submission of the draft results.  Please give me cheques only in the amount of $140 (made out to “Scoresheet Baseball”). 

• Rosters are due from the Commissioner on March 26^th, so any trades made after that date will have to be reported to Scoresheet.

• Lineups should be postmarked no later than April 1^st.

• The Draft – 17 rounds.  When you announce your pick, please just supply the player’s name.  If I need additional information such as the spelling, team, position or #, I will ask.  Once I have located the player, I will repeat the name and player’s #.  Please be patient as this format worked last year in speeding up the draft and will be less confusing for all.

•  Depending on how the draft is progressing, we will break for food at a mutually agreed upon time.
